2006

Founded by Michael Fertik in California, pioneering the ORM industry. First office in Silicon Valley.

2009

Investments from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Bessemer Venture Partners and other top-tier backers.

2011

First Fortune 100 customer signed. The World Economic Forum names Reputation.com a Technology Pioneer and Global Growth Company at Davos. $41 million series D funding round.

2012

Strategic acquisition of Reputation 24/7 creates U.K. presence to expand across the EU.

2014

Customer Success and Operations
expanded in new Tempe, Arizona office. India office opens.

2016

200th enterprise client. Customer base spans 7 of the 10 top global automotive OEMs, half of the top 30 largest healthcare systems, 3 of the top 5 property management firms, and leaders across 77 industries. 25th patent issued.

2017

Expansion into Germany (Reputation.com Germany GmbH), Asia Pacific, Africa. 1,852 integration points and APIs with review sites, social media, search, business listings and directories, client websites and CRM systems. One of the most diverse employers in Silicon Valley. 300th hire joins our team.

2018

800th enterprise client. New offices in France and Spain. ReputationDefender consumer business divested. Named a Career Launching Company. Won American Business Award® for Customer Service Department of the Year for the third year running.
