I appreciate going to one site to reply to reviews and surveys, and manage any issues that come through right away. Being able to forward them to anyone's email address, and not just the program users, is also very helpful. Their support team is also helpful and typically very quick to help with any questions or issues I've had. Even if they aren't the ones that can solve a problem, they know who I need to reach out to, in order to do so.
Great All-in-One Review Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to dissect reviews in multiple ways. You can look at positive vs negative, you can look at reviews that are less than 3 stars, or reviews that are by location. You can even assign reviews to people or groups and look at reviews based on those categories. For example, maybe one manager oversees 7 regions, locations or brands and another manager oversees 5 regions, locations or brands. You can divide the data to see which manager's territories are reaching goals. I also liked the ability to customize and reuse various responses, saving time when responding to customers. Having the ability to set up 6-12 canned messages gave us the flexibility we needed to feel comfortable in our customer service responding.

This is an incredible, easy-to-use platform that has significantly boosted our online presence and reputation since starting to use the service 2 and a half years ago. It also helps us to identify and correct any issues that our guests may experience at our location that we were not previously aware of, as well as identify strengths in our business model that we can continue to build on. It also saves a ton of time when it comes to working with the reputation so managers don't have to go to several sites in order to view and respond to online feedback. The features are also unmatched when it comes to streamlining the process and making it as easy as possible, and they regularly update the platform to add additional features and improvements where needed.
