Garry McGuire is chief operating officer at FordDirect where he is responsible for day-to-day operational execution of the business. He oversees the following functional areas: Product portfolio, support infrastructure for the dealer retail channel and new digital retailing channels, industry partnerships, corporate strategy, marketing and business intelligence and data analytics initiatives.

Prior to joining FordDirect in 2017, Garry spent 20 years working in Silicon Valley in venture capital, software, ad-tech and digital marketing. He was the CEO of RMG Networks, CEO of Icon Internet Ventures, President of digital marketing agency Gyro and held various leadership roles at Compaq Computer Corporation.

In 2012, Doug joined Luxottica as the VP-Chief Marketing Officer for their global optical franchise business Pearle Vision, where he currently leads the transformation of the brands’ global strategic marketing, e-commerce, visual merchandising, product promotion and store design functions. Prior to joining Luxottica, Doug held leadership positions at several Fortune 100 companies including Avon Products, Victoria’s Secret, Warnaco and Kellwood. Recognized as a global strategic retail and brand marketing expert, Doug has earned an impressive array of honors for his marketing and brand building work. He was named Marketer of The Next Generation by Brandweek, and he is a recipient of a Clio Award and two North American Effie Awards for his work at Pearle Vision. Further, his work at Pearle Vision is the subject of a Harvard Business School case study.

Doug has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX, globally on the pages of Forbes, The Economist, The New York Times and Huffington Post, and has guest lectured at Harvard Business School, NYU, Duke, Xavier, Miami of Ohio and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Christina Kluttz serves as the Digital Marketing Manager for Chicken Salad Chick, spearheading the strategic process of reputation management, web development, email marketing and content creation. Christina began her career in brand marketing with a fast casual concept based out of Atlanta, Georgia. She then shifted to the agency side to embrace the creative process from another perspective. Christina has worked within a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, finance, custom construction and healthcare.

Christina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Furman University and now resides in Auburn, Alabama.

Joining the team when it had just three franchise locations, Ali has been an integral member of the leadership team in the process of getting it to a 85+ unit chain. She works with a dynamic team covering annual calendar planning and strategy, menu development, public and media relations, digital and email marketing, community marketing and social media strategy, as well as the creation, launch and management of the CravingCredits loyalty program. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Public Relations, Summa Cum Laude, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, before transplanting to the South.
