John Cook is senior vice president, OEM and dealer relations at FordDirect. In this role, he ensures the voices of our OEM and Dealer customers, both in the U.S. and Canada, are represented in the company’s strategic planning and development efforts. Additionally, he has responsibility for dealer customer engagement, providing digital solutions to Ford and Lincoln dealers.
Prior to joining FordDirect in 2015, John served as vice president at Ansira, a diversified marketing services agency that provides trade promotion programs, delivers interactive marketing automation, and cultivates data and analytics to optimize and execute customer engagement to channel and consumer audiences enhancing brand profitability, marketing effectiveness and ROI.
John earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
In 2012, Doug joined Luxottica as the VP-Chief Marketing Officer for their global optical franchise business Pearle Vision, where he currently leads the transformation of the brands’ global strategic marketing, e-commerce, visual merchandising, product promotion and store design functions. Prior to joining Luxottica, Doug held leadership positions at several Fortune 100 companies including Avon Products, Victoria’s Secret, Warnaco and Kellwood. Recognized as a global strategic retail and brand marketing expert, Doug has earned an impressive array of honors for his marketing and brand building work. He was named Marketer of The Next Generation by Brandweek, and he is a recipient of a Clio Award and two North American Effie Awards for his work at Pearle Vision. Further, his work at Pearle Vision is the subject of a Harvard Business School case study.
Doug has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX, globally on the pages of Forbes, The Economist, The New York Times and Huffington Post, and has guest lectured at Harvard Business School, NYU, Duke, Xavier, Miami of Ohio and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Christina Kluttz serves as the Digital Marketing Manager for Chicken Salad Chick, spearheading the strategic process of reputation management, web development, email marketing and content creation. Christina began her career in brand marketing with a fast casual concept based out of Atlanta, Georgia. She then shifted to the agency side to embrace the creative process from another perspective. Christina has worked within a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, finance, custom construction and healthcare.
Christina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Furman University and now resides in Auburn, Alabama.
Ali Rauch serves as the Director of Marketing for Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s fastest growing private restaurant concept according to Inc. 5000. Joining the team when it had just three franchise locations, Ali has been an integral member of the leadership team in the process of getting it to a 85+ unit chain. She works with a dynamic team covering annual calendar planning and strategy, menu development, public and media relations, digital and email marketing, community marketing and social media strategy, as well as the creation, launch and management of the CravingCredits loyalty program. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Public Relations, Summa Cum Laude, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, before transplanting to the South.
Angela Flick, based in Seattle, WA, is the Director for National Marketing Programs for Greystar Real Estate, the world’s largest multi-family property management firm. Understanding the impact of customer feedback has been a key focus of her marketing career of nearly 20 years. She has led efforts to transform online reputation and customer engagement for years and has been an industry speaker, quoted in industry publications on this topic.
