Exercise 1: Listings Performance


1. Let's check on our Listing's performance. The first step is to log into the Reputation platform, which will take you to your Dashboards.

2. From there, hover over Listings located on the left navigation panel.

3. Click Performance.

Step 3 image

4. This shows a summary of how many people have seen your listing and the rates at which potential customers click to call your business, click for directions, or click through to your website.

5. To filter the Listing Performance metrics based on your connected sources, click All.

6. Click Facebook to view your listing's performance for Facebook only.

7. That's it. You successfully navigated through the business's Listing Performance.

Exercise 2: Optimizing Listings Profiles


1. Let's make sure our locations' listings show that we are closed for New Year's Day. Hover over Listings in the left navigation menu.

2. Click Profiles.

3. Select the profile or profiles you wish to edit. The option to bulk update will not show unless 2 or more locations are checked.

4. Click Edit.

5. Select Business Hours from the dropdown menu.

6. Click Add Special Business Hours.

7. Select the date you wish to change. In this case, it will be January 1, 2023.

8. Toggle from Open to Close.

9. Click Update.

10. Click Update Profiles.

That's it! You've completed this walkthrough.
