A thirty-year technology veteran, Joe Fuca is known in Silicon Valley for leading both private and public companies through worldwide growth phases, transformative customer success, and category leadership. Most recently the president of worldwide field operations at SaaS breakout FinancialForce, Joe was responsible for all enterprise-class sales, implementation and customer success groups. He was the first executive brought into DocuSign to build out the infrastructure necessary to grow the company ten-fold to $250 million in four years. In addition, he designed DocuSign’s vertical strategy, priorities and positioning; expanded its presence globally; and forged strategic partnerships with Salesforce.com, major financial services organizations and top-tier consulting firms.

Jason Grier leads Reputation.com’s customer loyalty and growth initiatives as executive vice president and chief customer officer. Jason is a former senior vice president of Global Support Operations and chief customer officer at McAfee, where he spent more than 10 years.
While at McAfee, Jason built a reputation as an industry leader in customer support and operations. His teams were honored with a number of awards, including the Intel Quality Award, a prestigious honor for outstanding quality and personification of Intel’s values and the highest team honor given at Intel. His teams also won two TSIA Star Awards, two Service & Support Professionals Association Awards, and a Stevie Award for innovation in action.
Before his time at McAfee Jason held executive-level positions at Sutherland Global Services and Covad Communications.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
With more than two decades of sales experience at both large-scale and entrepreneurial organizations, Chris Lee leads Reputation.com’s global sales team as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
Chris has held North American sales leadership roles at FinancialForce and DocuSign, and he’s a former Regional Vice President of Sales at Salesforce. During his career he has consistently exceeded organizational sales goals while regularly delivering double-digit year-over-year growth.
At FinancialForce Chris helped the enterprise sales team top the $100 million threshold, while at DocuSign he attracted top clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Citi and Wells Fargo. And during his 10 years at Salesforce Chris was part of a team that increased revenue from $25 million to more than $4 billion.
Chris holds a BA in both Economics and Communications from Villanova University.
Rebecca Biestman leads Reputation.com’s global marketing organization. Rebecca joins us directly from Dialpad, the only cloud-native business communications SaaS platform. Before Dialpad, she held various marketing leadership positions for RMS, the leading risk modeling software company, servicing the world’s largest insurers and financial institutions. While at RMS, Rebecca also launched the company’s inaugural Social Impact program. Before moving to technology, Rebecca specialized in B2C marketing for CPG and retail, working for both Earth Essentials and Gap, Inc (Gap Digital).
Rebecca received both her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley, and her MBA in Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility from UC Berkeley’s Walter A. HaaS School of Business.
Manish brings over 25 years of engineering experience to Reputation.com, and is responsible for leading and managing the company’s engineering team and technical architecture. Prior to Reputation.com, he architected distributed systems for Liveops, Paypal, SAP Markets, and Advent Software. Manish had previously co-founded Phulaxis (acquired by Agiliance).
Manish is a graduate of the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and has an undergraduate degree from Manipal Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering.
Chris Sundermeier is General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for Reputation.com. He comes to the company after representing various Silicon Valley internet and technology companies for more than a decade as a litigation partner at Cooley LLP. It was there that Chris focused on disputes involving complex commercial contracts and technology agreements, securities, fiduciary duty, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.
Chris graduated magna cum laude with a law degree from Boston College, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sundermeier taught Philosophy at multiple universities and colleges around New York City while working on a Ph.D. in Philosophy at Fordham University. He also holds an undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy from Creighton University.
With more than 15 years’ HR experience, Pennie specializes in culture development, compensation and performance management, talent acquisition and rapid organizational growth. Prior to joining Reputation.com, she held positions at ChargePoint and Workshare.
Pennie received a BA from Chadron State College and earned her Professional of HR (PHR) certification through the Society of Human Resources Management. She also prides herself in being a mentor to HR professionals beginning their careers.
Pranav leads Reputation.com’s Product organization with responsibility for the long term Product strategy and growth initiatives.
With over a decade of experience in the Customer Experience space, Pranav has launched several innovative products including Customer Experience surveys, Text Analytics, and Identity Analytics using Voice Biometrics. With a penchant for discovering revenue opportunities in crowded markets, his products have been deployed at several Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Cisco, and Oracle.
Pranav has a Masters from the University of Maryland and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
Brad has a long career in data science, building predictive and optimization algorithms for a range of applications including online advertising, marketing attribution, finance, and sports. Prior to joining Reputation.com Brad held key research and leadership positions at Advertising.com, the Golden Baseball League and Oncept Consulting Group.
Brad earned his PhD at Stanford University, with a focus on Operations Research and Predictive Modeling. His research in sports analytics, culminating in a thesis on “Stochastic Modeling and Optimization in Baseball,” has provided the foundation for several predictive models and optimization tools used by teams and other entities in baseball, basketball, and football.
Stephen is a veteran marketing executive with demonstrated success in leading world-class global marketing teams from B2C and B2B, start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He brings to Reputation.com more than 15 years of experience in cultivating customer loyalty to generate leads, drive revenue and leverage new growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Reputation.com Stephen was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Comodo, a global innovator and developer of cybersecurity solutions. There he oversaw numerous critical functions, including global integrated marketing and brand strategy, corporate communications and digital marketing, and product and customer marketing. Before Comodo, he served as CMO for the Wynyard Group, an NZX-listed 300 FTE market leader in criminal intelligence and counter-terrorism security software and services. Stephen has also held executive and senior management roles at AppDirect, Symantec and McAfee.
A native of the United Kingdom, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from the University of Surrey.
David Neill leads Reputation.com’s customer experience and global service delivery operations. He brings with him over two decades of demonstrated success in building global operations teams across multiple industry verticals as well as customer loyalty, analytics and insights leadership in the customer experience discipline.
Prior to Reputation.com, David was responsible for Customer Experience and Operations teams at McAfee central to driving customer outcomes which resulted in multiple Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) awards as well as the 2014 Intel Quality Award, Intel’s highest organizational level award.
David has led operations and delivery teams in the competitive IT infrastructure outsourcing world for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (now Atos), leading ACS into the leader quadrant in Gartner’s end user outsourcing magic quadrant for the first time. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Fidelity Investments in operations and delivery leadership roles across defined contribution, defined benefit, electronic products and high net worth practices.
David is the Sr. Director of IT & Information Security at Reputation.com. David is an innovative technology leader with more than 20 years of experience managing all facets of IT infrastructure and information security for top-tier technology and cyber security companies including Cisco Systems, IBM, CrowdStrike and Endgame Inc.
During his career, he has championed, driven, and delivered major cyber security initiatives and has been responsible for the security posture of eHealthInsurance, IronPort Systems and Cisco’s STG BU. Prior to Reputation.com, David served as Senior Director of IT Operations at CrowdStrike, Vice President of Technical Operations at Endgame and Head of Security Cloud Operations at Cisco Systems, where he was responsible for leading a multinational IT operations and security team.
Schepke is a digital marketing veteran and innovator in the Internet marketing space. For twenty years, his passion for technology and marketing have driven innovative solutions for numerous Fortune 500 clients. As Vice President of Strategic Partners, Schepke is responsible for managing the partner ecosystem for Reputation.com.
As CEO of SIM Partners, Jon and his team helped pioneer digital marketing for national brands at a local level. Jon ran SIM Partners for 12 years and raised $13M in venture capital funding. SIM Partners was acquired by Reputation.com in Q1, 2018. Prior to starting SIM Partners, Jon ran the Chicago office for iCrossing. Schepke is a contributing writer for multiple industry publications: AdAge, Adweek, StreetFight and MarTech Today.
Jon holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
